Would you like to be the next
“Student Musician of the Month”?

Each winner will get their biography (or "bio" for short) and picture posted on my web site. We will write the bio based on the information you provide below, so make sure you provide us with a lot of information, tell us interesting things, and make sure your personality shows through - and your love for life and music.

If you are chosen, I will call your parents to make sure it’s okay to post your bio and picture on my web site. Your application will keep you in the running for 12 months for selection of "Student of the Month". Each year, a "STUDENT OF THE YEAR" will be selected from the last 12 "Students of the Month".

Winner of the "Student of the Year" will win prizes as well as a $250 scholarship.

“Student Musicians of the Month” are selected based on their enthusiasm about music and their desire to play their instrument well.

Is there anything else you would like to tell us about yourself that is interesting or makes you unique?

If you are selected to be "Musician of the Month" we would need your parents' permission to post your information to our web site, so please give us your parents' name and phone number.
